Dead Inside Podcasts Episode 13: Lynne
In this episode of Dead Inside Podcasts, we invited Lynne, a DJ and experimental music artist based between London and Tokyo, to reimagine a post apocalyptic landscape.
Lauded for her drum and bass influences, it is not hard to observe them in this episode. She began her drum and bass journey venturing the scene in London, before dabbling with the creation of dark ambient soundscapes in recent times. In 2015, she won the Samurai Music Mix competition that propelled her as a DNB DJ and just after that, a feature in the Electronic Exploration podcast Japan Special.
Lynne has been DJing regularly at an array of events across Tokyo. More recently she has explored in to production as well, taking inspirations from her experiences with experimental music to create her own narrative with textural noises and gritty industrial clangs.
